We are exploring ‘Narrative’ as our writing focus. We have been working hard, looking at and discussing what makes an effective short story. We have discussed a range of great short stories. Today we looked at some television advertisements which are cleverly created short stories. These showed us how you need to set the scene, introduce characters, have a conflict and a resolution.
